Plugins not updating

Hi - my T3 system plugin, zenkit and zentools need updating, but when I click the update button nothing happens and I get an error message saying update path does not exist.
Has anyone any ideas on this?

JA Extension is used to update Joomlart template and extension, you can install the JA extension manager component , configure it with help of this documentation and update the T3.
