I'm trying to renew one of my products with jomsocial and i want the renewal discount, but when i try to insert the code, it doesn't work, can you help me please? We are a good customer which have 2 or 3 products with you in the last years.

    You need to use the renewal coupon when you still have active membership, it doesn't work otherwise.
