Hello, I'm having a lot of trouble getting images to show on our website, although following your configuration files:

I'm using Gavick News Show Pro Modules on the homepage because I can't get the images to show up. If you look at the tab "Refúgios", you'll see what my problem is. Thank you. Please advise.

saguaros No we didn't. We had to go online so we used Gavick News Show Pro. But we need to sort this out. We would like to use the Template's functionality. Everything will show up except for the images in any configuration of the modules. What can we do so you can check it out?

I'm not quite sure of the issue here, could you clarify the detail steps so I can replicate this issue?

Also share the htaccess login info as when I tried to access backend of your site, this popup appears: https://prnt.sc/pd8h9w I tried with provided info but no luck.

Hello,
the htaccess is available at the form I submitted, right after the admin url. It has the user and password, followed by another User and Password for the joomla administration.

Our problem is this: no images and a long list of articles showing in the module. Images are organized in folders and are not on a root folder called images. Could that be the issue?

In your articles you have not added any Intro image : http://prntscr.com/peluzw
Joomla has option to add intro and full article images.
The Intro image is used to show in module and blog menu item, and The full article image show on single article view. These are standard option in Joomla to add images.

You need to add Intro images in articles to show them on frontend.
