consistent font size

I cannot find how to make the font style consistent for the entire site.

custom.css wont change everything at once. Where would I alter it?

You can do in this way , edit this file /templates/ja_insight/less/variables.less and change the tipography section options, after you saved it then run compile less to css button

It looks like the font on the home page is smaller than on the other pages.

Homepage use multiple module that has different style for each section.
The heading tags and Paragraph tags showing same text size as on site http://prntscr.com/pcd3qf
You can post the screenshort of part on which you want to change the size as the Module use its own size so it will match with template theme.

the font on pages other than the home page is 18px.

all font on the home page is 16px
