ThemeMagic does not save

ThemeMagic does not save
If I use ThemeMagic to change colors and then click on "save as", the save will start, but will not be completed. See image. The bar stops and there is no success message.
What can I do. Everything is up to date.

leseliese There appears to be some js conflict due to which progress indicator isnt completing however thememagic configuration changes are working and reflecting fine as seen in screenshot where I have made the changes as marked for troubleshooting purposes

The same are being reflected fine on the site too for menu items where "red" theme has been assigned

Where is the template.css saved to my created theme?
In folder local there are only less files no css files.

If you disable from template manager the development mode then your files are saved as css in this folder /templates/yourtemplate/css/
