There are additional fields being displayed before the fields I've selected for this event registration. We typically never use group registrations for events, but I gather these may be related to that? There is also a blank space being displayed to the left of the main registration form.
I have the registrations types allowed set to Individual.
I'm using the most recent versions of DT Register and JA Payment Gateway.
