Can I upgrade Joomla to 3.9.12 on www.DR4Christ.com I dont see many updates to JA Wall and do not want to mess up our webpage and JA Extentions - JA Social, Extention Manager etc.

JA Wall is ready for Joomla 3.9.11 so I think upgrading to 3.9.12 will be fine.
But REMEMBER to backup your site first before updating.
