OK, this has been the error: my provider blocked some countrys. It should work now. Would be very nice if you could check my error. Thank you so much!

The anchor url #room is added by a javascricpt that you had in custom code section of your template as showed in img below

To remove the url remove the JS and clean your cache going to System -> Clear cache -> delete
