Publisher Media Gallery Uploads

I am having issues in uploading images to the Media Gallery for the "Dragonize 1st Hero's" media file. It was working just fine for the other 2 articles in the October 2019 category just the other day. Today, it doesn't seem to be working. I tried to upload smaller filed photos to see if I was exceeding the upload size limit, down to 2.2MB, but that didn't make a difference either. I tried it from Adding New Media within th article as well as the Edit Media page.

Please let me know how I may fix this to upload my media files to this article. Thank you.

As a part of the debug, kindly update the Publisher to latest version 3.0.20
let me know if issue exist after update and exact steps you are trying to add media.

pankaj. Thank you for the response. I did update the version to 3.0.20 and I am still experiencing the same issue. When I hit the upload button, the status bar in the bottom left shows it climb to 100%, the box seems to refresh, but no picture is being listed int he gallery.

Hi,

I just made a test, I can upload an image for "Dragonize 1st Hero's" media, but after you upload an image, please save the media, then you can see the image attached/uploaded.
Please let me know if this is not the real issue for you.
