Edit Audio Purchase Heading

In the admin area when creating an AUDIO article, you can choose to link to Spotify.
I dont link to spotify.

Id like to change the HEADER here to something else.
In the front end of the site, id like to edit the TITLE of this link as well.
If you scroll over AMAZON it displays AMAZON. If you cursor over APPLE, it pops up APPLE.
Ill need to edit this spotify front end as well
