Error received on any registration attempt

I've just updated to DT Register 4.2.6 and I am now receiving an error when anyone tries to register for any event, whether group or individual. I do not have profile integration required for my registrants.

I've already tried to reinstall DT Register and the JA Payment Gateway, but all of our events (3 currently) are giving the same error.

i see only one event "Haunted Pub Tour" . when i try register with event did not got any error . Reaches to paypal gateway . Please share more details to replicate the steps .

I've had 7 people that I know of try to register in the last 24 hours and they all report the same issue. I've also tried to do it both as a guest and while logged in, and I've tried both Firefox and Chrome.
