Hi!

Just completed a purchase on the site and wanted to let you know that the purchase process has a serious bug: if you click on a product and select BUY you have two options "login" and "register and checkout" (or words to that effect). I choose the latter.

Well, due to the hurry to take advantage of the "FLASH SALE" (it was in the last 60 minutes) I typed the email address too fast, without realizing that my keyboard layout was set to Spanish instead of English. As a result, when I typed a plug sign + what was entered into the email field was a minus -.

As a result I end up with my joomlaRT.com account with a WRONG email address. Yeah, I can login, but I will never be able to receive any emails sent to me. Plus, the Member Profile section lacks the ability to EDIT THE EMAIL ADDRESS. This is a serious bug, guys.

    The email address is unique ID and does not change self.
    You can open a private ticket on helpdesk here and share the email you would like to add.
    Our concern team will change it for you.

      Ninja thanks for your response. I have created a private support ticket to have it edited.

      However, my point also was that the "sign up and checkout" button during the ordering process should first send a confirmation email, and only after verifying the customers` entered email address go into the payment part of the ordering process.

      In other words, it should be impossible to pay for an order using an email address that has not been verified.

      I hope this can be addressed going forward.
