in the search bar why it doesn't show all categories available?

It may due to the cache, as I can see it's in 1.0.9 version now, kindly check again.

It has changed but I still get the warning that the template needs to be updated
fatmasalmi Joomla still cached the old info, I just cleared the cache and it should not notice this warning message now. Kindly check.
