This is custom HTML module in 'features-intro' position, you can find it under Backend > Extensions > Module, not in template files.
Here is the HTML code of this module:

I don´t see the last line where the video is linked, I paste the entire line of code again, and when saving, and check again, the video line disappears and in the URL it appears that the link does not exist, I do not understand that I'm doing wrong ...

As mentioned in the documentation Before working with Custom HTML module, please disable the default Editor under Global Configuration

Now add the code suggest by team member here and check.
