Static background picture in JA Masthead

Hi,

If you view the page of my shared URL, you can see that I have both a masthead and CTA module on my homepage. Both have a background picture. However in the masthead the picture changes as you scroll down or up the page while the picture in the CTA module stays completely static when you scroll the page.

I want to have the masthead have the same style as the CTA, so a static picture. How can I fix this?
