Changing Mobile Menu Parent Menu Items

Hi, when you shrink your browser small to simulate a mobile view on this page: https://northamptonpd.com/about-2/test.html

You can't see the Parent Menu Items because they're white - the same color of the background. Can you please tell me how to change JUST the Parent Menu Item's color? thanks as always!
