Two empty cols added to SPOTLIGHT area in ja-shoe template

I have a problem with Ja-Shoe template. I was working around it to fixed but I can't found a solution.
Suddenly two empty columns were added to the spotlight area above the footer and I don't know how remove it. I attach you an image so you can understand that I'm talking about.

At the moment there are 6 position enable in the spotlight block
If you have only 4 module you can change the no. of position from the template style options > Layout tab.
Set the position to 4 as in documentation http://prntscr.com/pkcrar
