Hide main content and template configuration

I cant figure out how to hide main content on Home (front page). I created 2 layout where one assigned only to Home page. I tried use "skip main content" option but it doesn't work. If I choose it, it hide content on all pages. Despite that default template shouldn't skip content. Right now I cant see for example search result as its always hidden.
Second problem that module assigned only for Home menu item showing up on other pages. ?

I was able hide through CSS rules, but still wondering why this didnt work though template layout option

You need to clear cache before you can see changes reflected on your home, i tested your website from layout settings adding Home in skip component content and it works fine, to test it add the ?tp=1 suffix at the end of your url and you will see main content hided correctly, remember to clean your cache each time or disable any cache from your website first to make layout changes -
