Icons disappear when hovering or clicking on icons

Just installed the latest hotspot v.1.1.5. I can setup everything ok, but the when I hover or click on an icon and then hover over another icon the initial hover icon disappears. I want to have the icons show all the time, but disappear after clicking or hovering. Thanks

    display: block !important;
}

I put it in a user.css and in the template directly, but no change.
Still icons disappear.
more help ???
