A component does not implement its own pagination system. It uses the actual pagination system that is provided by Joomla and overridden by the template.
The template has to provide a general pagination system that will be used by all components. You can have an example for a website that uses the templates from another template provider (yootheme) - https://www.industriaemobility.com/empresas2

As I mentioned above, our template doesn't override this pagination system. You can simply tell them you're using Protostar template, now how to achieve that?

If they already overrode in their own template, they can simply suggest you how to do.

Hi, In order to enable the select box, you will need to modify the template code.
You can find attached the layouts folder from our templates. Copy the joomla/pagination folder into your template. You might need to add also the CSS code for it.

then I have uploaded the files here..but dropdown menu not displayed (I didn't update css).

I don't see any dropdown for pagination on that page, could you pls contact them for help? If it displays fine in Protostar, it will work with our template.

Sorry for the confusion, I got it wrong.
As I mentioned before the pagination dropdown depends on the template that you are using. If the template does not provide this possibiliy then it will not be shown.
We can implement the changes in your template for $60. Please let us know if you are interested.

I don't understand either, they already mentioned that they've done it on their site in previous post, why they don't simply share with you? it seems that they want you pay for it. You can tell them you're using default Joomla template - Protostar .

Yes, normally it should work but maybe there is a setting on your website that prevents this to be shown. In order to fix this, we will have to check your website and see what is causing the issue. We are not aware of the issue at this moment.I'm afraid I cannot do anything else regarding this topic. This issue is outside of support scope.

I think I will change this component soon...the CMS junkie support is useless.
