They are modules published in positions footer-1 footer-2 etc etc
If you look at the footer-2 services , it is a menu type module showing the menu services .
My suggestion is to install in another place the quickstart version ( which is an exact replica of our demo site) and have a look at it and all configurations to understand how the website is build.
