forgot password link doesn't work

i'm having an issue wirth the "forgot password"-funcion on our website "mascotamoda" somehow the link doesn't work and leads to a (0 - Call to undefined method JLayoutFile::getDefaultIncludePaths) error.

Anyways, if I update the T3 Framework the funcionality is back BUT products category view doesn't work anymore.

Any suggestions please?

to remove that you should update T3 framework to 2.7.5 also template, products category may have a different problem from that

can you submit the site credentails in edit fields first post for staff.
the current site is using a custom template not t3 blank official version.
