Presales question - JA Social Feeds - Instagram API

Hi.

I'm sorry that I create new topic, but original was closed (as solved).
Today I tried to be sure is I understand whole process creating account, getting permission and connecting to Instagram.
So I've read instruction step by step I tried to recreate all steps, including account creation.

Inside section Get post from Tag described procedure is:
"Login to Instagram then go to link: https://www.instagram.com/developer/clients/manage/
Click to button: Register a new Client"
Unfortunately, instead of this button / form there is warning on red box:
"UPDATE: Starting October 15, 2019, new client registration and permission review on Instagram API platform are discontinued in favor of the Instagram Basic Display API."

So I have another 3 questions:
1. Is this extension is compatible with these new regulations/API?
2. Is there possible to update instruction to fallow current Instagram API state?
3. Which type of account I have to use / create: Instagram Basic Display API or Instagram Graph API

I'm sorry for new pack of questions, but without help and instruction, I cannot deploy this extension by only myself.

It's confirmed that there is issue with JA Social Feed plugin due to the new API from Instagram that they updated recently, our developer is working on this update and the new version will be released soon.

Could you pls wait for the new update?

The new version was just released with update for Instagram: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-extensions/ja-system-social-feed-plugin

You can now can simply fill the account you want to import feeds from, no need token now. We will also update the documentation for JA Social Feed plugin also.

I also tested it and it worked properly.

Sorry, if I understood well, instagram posts are "downloaded" to Joomla! articles.
Maybe words "display" or "import" by hastag are less confusing.

Yes, in the keyword option of the Instagram settings in this plugin, you can fill Instagram mention (@username ) or hashtag (#hashtag)

If I understood well, no approved application nor "special" developer account is needed, when I use JA Social Feeds to get Instagram posts by #hastag?
That means, only JA Social Feeds installation is necessary?

Plugins documentation still not follow this changes

so I don't know what is possible and what is necessary.
