Changing the fonts

Hi there, The theme at present uses 2 main Google fonts:

Frank Ruhl Libre (serif)
Libre Franklin (san serif)

These fonts should be replaced across the site with the following Google fonts:

Noto Serif (serif)
Noto Sans (san serif)

In most scenarios so Frank Ruhl Libre is replaced by Noto Serif and Libre Franklin is replaced by Noto Sans.

What is the best way to do this, thanks in advance,
