how to put text in Contact Us and Term & Conditions in JA City Guide

I have just finished everything except the part of "Contact Us" and "Term & Conditions" in Useful Link". I have problem putting text on them. I prefer to put text like "New Articles". The question is "how can I do it?"

JA City Guide is a commercial template, that means you need an active membership to use it or to ask support for it on this forum, with this username i cannot see any active or expired membership, please provide us correct username or we should deny any type of support on it.

Contact Us > When I click on it, now the website show "You are not authorised to view this resource".
In footer, there is Useful link section in the middle with 2 sub
2.1 About Us
2.2 Terms & Conditions. (Also show "You are not authorised to view this resource." when I click too)
Where can I edit them?

To answer to this question we will need to access your backend and see your settings.
So please share a website url and a super user account to access it.
It is a menu type module showing items of useful links menu, so you should edit this menu.

We can edit them after we found that they have the same problem with No. 2
After we get in menu type module, they were set as "Create Article" which will be error if we were not login at that time. We change to link to an article and found that Contact us having the same method to solve.

Then problem solved. Thank you very much.
