I have purchased JA Donate template, but the package doesn't include the quickstart file.
How I'm supposed to install the template without it?

    This is for the module DT Donate.
    What about the JA Donate? The website template...

      Quickstart contains already ja_donate and ja charity template, install it and then follow instructions HERE to configure your website like demo site

      After you installed it via quickstart click on discover to install also ja donate template

        I've install the DT Donate. When I try to install the JA Donate Template 1.0.3, I receive an error.

        Please, I'm giving you a username and a password to login to my server and install the template.
        I don't know how to do it without the proper quickstart installation of the template.

                  Normally, with the quickstart of JA Donate, I should see the site like in the demo...

                    Quickstart is set for ja charity template - you can also have ja donate template as it is already in your package as you have already noted, setting up as the demo site should be done following documentation i posted above for the dt donate section, if you want to have same modules as showed on ja donate demo ( joomlart ) then you download them from the joomlart download section and you will need of a new membership, JA PRO to download them - you purchased DT Donate extension not joomlart extensions - templates charity and donate are not comprehensive of modules -

                      Also, in the Extentions/Templates/Styles, I don't see the styles. I see them only if I go to ThemeMagic.

                      Even if I want to follow the instruction from the page you send me, I will not find the same things in my template.

                      Joomlart told me that by buying the DT Donate I will have the JA Donate template for free.
                      The JA Donate like it is in the demo, not like I see it now!!!

                      They didn't tell me this detail, and I didn't imagine I would get that result.

                      When someone is interested in buying a site, they buy what they see in the demo, and you have to provide the site they bought. Not giving him the standard site, and forcing him to give extra money to get what he saw and liked from the beginning!

                        DT Donate 4.0 has quickstart package with JA Charity template included as bonus to help you quickly replicate our demo site on your server with same demo content and settings.

                        No mention about ja donate quickstart, this is clearly stated at this page https://www.dthdevelopment.com/extensions/dt-donate and this is what you have, ja donate is also added as bonus but not in the quickstart version.

                          I was clear with Joomlart admins about what I wanted. And they suggest me the DT Donate (including the JA Donate), because it would be useful for the donation.
                          So, after our conversation, I visit this page and purchased the DT Donate without reading anything. I didn't get into the process of reading something because I had already discussed it with them and they knew what I wanted. I thought they offered me what I needed.

                          Now, this simple template is useless for me.
                          I prefer to return the files back to you and send me the full files for JA Donate.

                            The Quickstart package for a template persists in download section of template only, however, the access to download section of JA Donate template requires other membership plans as we mentioned in our Pricing page.

                            I will check further with the update for decision on this. At this moment, you can send a request to email: sales@joomlart.com , we will send you the quickstart package of this template so you can install.
