could you please specify which part of template is not using same font for mobile and desktop version? Could you please also disable any css and javascript optimization on your website?

I disabled the optimization in "ja_mixmaz - Default" T3 options
I looked at it in desktop and mobile version and font-family is always the same for both 'Julius Sans One'

As you can see from screenshots below font-family used is the same as i already said in my previous post, if you are referring to the font-size or to something else then this is another question.

It looks like you added a new font, could you share the credentials of your site: Admin + FTP account so I can take a look?
