Contact form not sending mail ??

Hello,

I have made several tests, and checked the email address too, but the contact form on this website just doesn't send the mail.

In the Global configuration, I sent test emails with SendMail and PHP Mail, and they work, but emails sent through the contact form never reach the mailbox.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Also, the spotlight at the bottom, the first column (Dans la presse) does not show the title of the module even though the setting is on. Is there another way to show the title? It works in the second column so it should work. I don't know why it doesn't.

To check the issue is from Template or server side I tested the form with default Joomla template and issue is same http://prntscr.com/pqx17o
I suggest you to use SMTP setting for mail in Joomla global configurations > Server Tab.

Do you have any idea why the first column in the bottom spotlight doesn't show the title even though the option to show title is switched on? That was my second question above.

About the email, I have tested with SMTP, the test emails from the backend works but all emails sent from the contact form itself never reach the mailbox. What's the problem?

Yes, I already checked that it's linked to a contact and that the email address in the contact is correct. I don't know what else to do, any other suggestion?

The position is not showing module Title with design.
When you edit the module > Go to advanced Tab > Module style > xhtml
save and check.

For contact it appears to be Server side and Joomla issue as the result is same when you use any default Joomla template http://prntscr.com/pwns7z
I suggest you to post on Joomla forum about the contact form issue.

So it means the problem is with Joomla itself? I'm a little confused.

Also, I'm worried about all other Joomla contact forms that I created before, could it be they aren't working anymore as well, should I test them all?

I really appreciate you took the time to check everything.

I actually don't think I have posted on Joomla forums before, what information exactly should I share with them? I can't give them access to the back-end like I did with you.

No its not a common case,, mostly the contact is working fine for all Joomla site.
Most of the time the server side issue not support Joomla contact forms. You can put the thread on Joomla forum about this problem and set the template to protostar , If it work with Protostar it also work with this template.
