I want to insert a link to view a YouTube video, in an article in the "Projects" section, I have already deactivated the TinyMCE editor so that I can place the video link in the way you indicate YouTube, but the icon does not appear of html code to place it there, or where should I do it?

Set the default editor to NONE
now add the iframe video code and save it.
As in your screenshot, there is no code showing in editor.
