Slideshow does not resize with template mixstore

Problem: GK Image Show GK4 Module does not auto resize

situation: joomla 3.9.12 running with JA template ja-mixstore and GK Image Show GK4 Module

Settings: slider images no-stretch
interface: width: 3840px, height: 710px

Expectation: like in demo slider should auto resize on resizing browser.

Question: is there a template related issue?
