Errors with zengrid

Have the following errors throwing up

Home page error

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/millerco/public_html/templates/buildr/zengrid/zen.php on line 684

Template

Design tab has no layout and this error

Warning: file_get_contents(public_html/templates/buildr/settings/layouts/.json): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in public_html/templates/buildr/zengrid/helpers/helper.php on line 206

Everything up to date with the exception of the Buildr template.
Updating to the latest produces a blank site and all layout in the temoplate manager have been disable.
Figured I need to resolve the above first off.

I updated the file: /templates/buildr/zengrid/zen.php

and change the line 684 to:

if(!empty($fontarray) && count($fontarray) > 1) {
