A couple of questions:
1. Is it possible to have the information tooltips visible on load, without the need to click on the pins?
2. I selected mode "Direction", but I don't see the direction between the two locations: https://i-seo.tinytake.com/tt/Mzg3NzY2MV8xMTg3MzY5MQ any ideas?

    Could you share the credentials of your site so I can take a look?

        Could you try to backup your site and re-install this plugin? as I just download latest version of JA Google map plugin > install + configure the same as it on your site and the direction is showing normally: https://prnt.sc/pvqz23

            saguaros I had to enable Directions API from console.cloud.google.com.
            It works now. However, why does it show D -> B, instead of A -> B? It actually has 3 pins, while I only used 2 and the 3rd one, I did not create is an address I did not set: 2530 S Dearborn St, Chicago, IL 60616, USA

                I will need to check further on this as not sure if there is built-in option to display tooltips on load or not.

                  Try to backup your site and install this package (attachment)

                  In the plugin settings, we add a new option 'Open Tooltip' so you can select the one as you wish
