Where is custom.css

I know it easy enough to create the file, but is there a reason why the templates no longer include the custom.css file??

The 'custom.css' holds the custom css code for template so it should be created from your side only. Because if the template package includes this file by default, when you update new version of template, it will overwrite the same file on your site and your custom code will be lost.

Why would the the changes made via the custom.css file not be reflected on the front end? Does this have something to do with the LESS files?

When I created the custom.css file, I included 3 rules, all of which were reflected on the front end. After adding subsequent rules, none appear to affect the site. I can link directly to the custom.css file in the browser and all updates appear there, but not the site.

I'm using the Morgan template. No cache is enabled, the template is development mode... what am I missing as this has never been the case in the past?

Kindly share the credentials of your site: URL, Admin + FTP account and tell me the changes that you made via custom.css file which did not reflect on frontend, I will check for you.
