about index.php file, I cannot see it in html folder into /www/templates/ja_justicia/local/ .. see below :

I changed from 800 to 900
For the local folder, if there is not that directory now, just create it.

because I see only this : - slider called Slideshow home : height = 800px - slider called Nos engagements : height = 600px - slider called Evénements : height = 300px - slider called Nos partenaires : height = 180px
I don't see that slider on your site now but I changed it in Size tab here: https://prnt.sc/pzhmfb
