Uber / Corporate Links to section of the page don't work on the responsive menu

Hello,

I have setup link to different modules in a page, while the links are working perfectly on the desktop version of the website, the links don't seem to work correctly in the responsive version.

I have given the direct link to the related page in my the details of this message.

Can you let me know what would be the problem ?

encretpixel Can you precisely let us know the exact link/s or better yet, To avoid confusion or ambiquity, You could provide in screenshot marked with annotations showing the specific links which dont work in responsive mode as mentioned by you

Thank you for your reply, I did give the direct link to the page which is displaying the problem : http://leeseeds.mylennium.net/produits in the details of my first post (at the same place where the joomla's login and password is indicated).

I cannot really give you a screen shot as this is a menu issue, I repeat here what is the problem : I have set up links from the submenu of the "produits" menu to differents modules that are displayed in one page. This is working fine on the desktop version of the website, but on the mobile (small screen version) the links in the menu are not working : when you click on the submenus elements it doesn't lead to the desired modules.

I hope this will clarify the situation.

On this page http://leeseeds.mylennium.net/produits i noted that also in desktop version all the links are not working.
all of them are showing always the same page , so i think it is not a screen size issue but a correect setting for uber menu item layout.

Thank you for your answer, this sounds strange as I have tested this page with safari, firefox and chrome and the links are working (please check the video screen capture enclosed). The links are setup that way : Menu Item type: URL / Link : /index.php/produits#ja-section-583
As far as I know this is the correct way to link to different modules showing in one page.
You will see in the video that the small screen version is not working as described in my previous posts.

Can you please take a look in the admin of the website and let me know what would be the issue.

Yes, the anchor links have been added in right manner as even outlined here and on replicating the relative issue, the same works fine in desktop mode however isnt working in responsive screen mode

For troubleshooting purposes, Have reviewed and tried the possible fix :
1) Added the relative script as mentioned here in file : /tpls/blocks/head.php
2) Could see Js error in console (web developer tool) as seen in screenshot in your site for which I have tried adding the JS script reference and the other member had mentioned the issue being relative to :

As indicated in a deleted answer and in the comments, this was a bug in Mobile jQuery

For troubleshooting, You may try the following steps :

1) Kindly try to clear your browser cache to see if the above added codes fixes the relative issue
2) Also, Does the issue still persists when assigning default joomla template ?

Thank you for your efforts, but this is not solving the problem at all. It actually added more display problems on all the pages of the website.

I am a bit surprised by this question...

Well testing the website with the default joomla template would be equivalent to redo a big part of it as the core elements (menus and most content) are relying on the joomlart template and add-ons linked to it ! If I switch to the default joomla template I end up with an empty website. So this is certainely not an answer I can give.

I am a bit disappointed, I have asked for what seems to be a bug fixing, and it seems like joomlart support cannot provide me with an answer. I have asked several times in the old support forum and people from joomlatt always gave me proper answers...

Can you please maybe ask the developers to take a look at this problem ?

Had requested to switch over to default joomla template for troubleshooting purposes if this might relate to core joomla issue. Apologizies if such query has caused inconvenience

Will report the same with JA Dev. Team and revert back as there is apparent update on this.

Well as now answer has been given since 6 days... I found other ways to resolve the problem.

Not so happy with this issue and the way it was handeled...

The issue had been reported to JA Dev. Team and also shared the same with my colleague. Nice that you have been able to find workaround in order to overcome the relative issue. Will be really appreciated if you could kindly share the workaround as it could be beneficial for other members if someone facing somewhat similar relative issue is looking for the solution
