T3 sections configuration

On this page I have a module published to position 1 but I cannot see how to alter the position so that it is not full width.

I have watched several videos but still am no further ahead. The one video that was some help referred to layout.php but, there is no such file in my installation.

Can you show me how to alter the position into 3 columns that I can change the width on?

I edited your custom module to add it's content in a container class as you can see it is now not full width.
