On the pages of my hidden menu, I cannot get the main menu to appear. What have I missed?

I renamed your custom.css to old_custom.css and as you can see mainmenu is correctly showed in your hidden menu item, remove wrong code from custom.css to have it working correctly in all menu items.

I see that this line is the problem so I just added the masthead to each menu item and it resolved it.
