Where is fontello.css call?

Hello,

I'm working on optimizing a site. There is call to ..../templates/ja_morgan/js/html5lightbox/icons/css/fontello.css

I need guidance on two options, (1)removing the reference all together as I don't believe we are using this functionality. (2) Updating the reference so that it is "preload"ed as outlined here: https://web.dev/uses-rel-preload/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=unknown
