I can't replicate the same issue, is your site online yet?

Yes, it is. Do you need access to resolve? If so, please let me know how I may send login details privately.

Have you had a chance to look at it yet?

It's weird as I checked your site and see that your site already had this template installed. You want to install quickstart from backend of your site?

I don't it's possible as installing quickstart package is the same process of installing Joomla package, it's for a new / fresh website. If you already had Joomla installed, you can use template package only to install via backend , not quickstart package.

Actually what I was hoping to get from the Quickstart was the sample content - or instructions on how to replicate 'We work hard and Play Hard Too' module on the Colourshift2 demo homepage.

You can simply install the quickstart package in your local and see how modules are setup and apply to your live site.

I just helped you to create modules in Grid5 & Grid8 positions as our demo site, however, somehow I can't access frontend of your site so not sure how it displays.

        Kindly check.

Thank you. I see where you placed the modules and I have got those working as I want them now.
However, the problem you mentioned regarding viewing the homepage is an ongoing one I'm having, and only with this template. The same problem doesn't happen if I temporarily switch back to another default template. I wonder if it's related to another problem I'm having with the template i.e. I cannot publish anything in the main module position. If I publish the same content to another module position, it displays perfectly, but vanishes when I try to publish it in the main module position.
Similarly, I have already published the social icons/links module in the "logo" module position. However, I cannot publish the search module in the logo module position, even though the search module will publish in other module positions.
I'm wondering if these failures of certain module positions is causing the homepage to not load because all other pages load correctly when I input the relevant url?
Can you please have a look and see why these module positions are not working, and why the homepage will not load for this template? I am under a bit of pressure now to get this website back online.

        Hi owno

Did you change your site? as I can't access it now.

No, I haven't changed anything. Could you try it again?

I'm based in Vietnam, does your host have any restriction for IP addresses from my place? pls help to whitelist it.

          4 days later

Hi! No, there's no restrictions. I just had a friend in Vietnam test the login, and it's working, so can you please login again and have a look at what's causing the problem? Thanks.

          Hello,
Have you had a look at this yet?

Hello, I would really like support on this soon as the template is simply not working properly.

Hello, I've been waiting 12 days now for support on this matter. Can you please take a look and see why your template is preventing my homepage from loading?

            Hi owno

I'm sorry for this lateness as somehow I missed your thread.

I tried to switch default Joomla template to Beez - a standard template of your site but your site still doesn't load. Is there any 3rd party extension you've installed recently?

The website loads for me with beez (except content that I have only published to the Buildr template). It only doesn't work at all when I use the Buildr template.

Only other thing I can add that may help pin down the problem is this ... the homepage will work perfectly - but only if I am logged in as a user in the frontend first.
To do this, I have to take the website offline to prompt a login (because I do not have a login module published on the website). I go to any url for the website that is not the homepage - because the other pages will load. Once logged in, I can then navigate to the homepage and it loads perfectly.
Without logging in, I can load any page for the website that I know the url for - except the homepage. The homepage will never load unless I am logged in as a user.

I had a go at it again myself and got it working. Thanks anyway for your time.
