Blank space under menu

Hi,
I have a blank space under the menu when I resize the browser window on small width (on .jamasshead:after)
What can I do to remove this blank space or make it smaller?

If you want the same on all site pages, remove .home from code.

Hi,
I'm really sorry. Your solutions works well but not on Samsung Internet Browser. Considering Samsung Smartphones are really used I need a solution that work also on this browser

The style code works for every browser, there is no other code, you can clear cache of browser and check, if its browser issue due to lack of loading css there can be issue in the browser itself, as style is not built based on brand phones browsers.
