Why every time I tried to edit the Pay Option, (Payment Management) it always said "You are not authorized to access this function."
How do I edit the one that I already created?

Kindly check the settings for permissions in Backend > Components > DT Register > Permissions: https://prnt.sc/q1snb6 to make sure that you grant permission for the account you're using.
