cannot use discount code BF2019

1) I tried to buy a JA PRO subscription but when I add the 30% discount code I get a message “Invalid coupon code”.
Why is that? What can I do?
2) My previous JA PRO subscription ended on September 2019 but I did not get any notification to renew it. Don’t you send notifications for this?

JA PRO is not part of our Black Friday 2019 campaign. You can check for the details at this page.
You might want to consider getting PRO PLUS instead as it's only $84 with the BF2019 coupon code applied.

Regarding membership renewal, we do send out notification emails to users before the expiry date. In your case it's possible that the email went to your spam folder that's why you didn't receive the notification.
