Submenus of main menu are not displaying in touch screen laptops- Win10

Dear team,
Great work you are doing. My website is using Business Line Template. The sub Menus of the main menu are not displaying in touch screen laptops. Using Windows 10. Displaying well in the other screens. Kindly assist.

And Business Line is one of our commercial templates, to get support on this, you need to have an active membership, kindly renew your membership.

I checked our demo site and it worked fine, are you using latest version of S5 Business Line template (1.0.4)?
