AdAgency backend not working correct

Hello,
I have a big problem an would like to ask you for help.
I installed Ad Agency Pro but in backend the component is not working correct. It is not possible to make changes and save them. Also the backend looks a little bit strange... (please see attachement adagency-01.png).
I cannot find out what is wrong.
Please help as soon as possible.

Kindly re install the package, it appear the package is not full installed and there are many missing style files that result this issue, example : http://prntscr.com/q2u94y

Hi,

I reinstalled the package, but still the same. I installed an older version, then the backend looked normal, but no changes and saves are possible. Then installed/updated to newest version and again the error from first installation. Tried to upload to tmp folder and install from there, but message was "no installation package found".
Don't know what else I could try...
So please help, I would like to get the component running ;-))

The package is installed fine on your site.
And all files are existed too, on your server the files are giving 403 error.
Forbidden access. Kindly ask the hosting provider to allow these files to run

Hi,

the component now shows correct. We made together with provider changes in htaccess and then the component showed correct.
But one error still remains: All items in "Settings" are not possible to save or make changes. The other items in menu are working. A new installation didn't help.
Please have a look at this problem. I attached an image with new screenshot for your info.

Hi,

Unfortunately I can not replicate the issue, I can edit settings, I can change the emails or other options and I can save the page. All changes are saved after page reload.
Can you please tell me how can I replicate the issue?
