Donate menu item is separate Menu item that show via Menu module.
here you need to add the Menu class for that item http://prntscr.com/q4t228
And show the Menu module on navbar-action position http://prntscr.com/q4t2dd
About the logo size, kindly share the site URL here so i can check and suggest changes
