News Show Pro GK5 and animation

Hello,

The module does not animate even when the option is enabled. I think it's a pb of JQuery but I can not find which one. I installed jQuery Easy without success.
I use SP Page Builder.
Do you have any leads on this?

Hi,

Thanks for the access. First of all please disable JCH Optimize and all other optmization and cache plugins/extensions.
Clear your Joomla and browser's cache and check again.

I can see some errors in js console caused by missing jquery library, without this library news show pro won't work properly (in NSP settings -> External files you can also try to change JS framework to MooTools).

Hi,

If your template doesn't load jquery library, you can use jQuery Easy plugin or as I remember News Show Pro can also load jQuery (please check NSP module settings -> External files tab).

When i use JQUERY plugin the News Show pro GK5 animation don't work.
If i disabled the plug in, all is ok.
