Hi my name is JC and I cannot enter the administration of my joomla
I was working very well on my Ja biz template and suddenly I could not enter as administrator, I changed passwords and users in phpmyadmin, and it was not afraid that it is a bug in the joomla database or something like that, the template was acquired a few years, joomla was updated to version 3.9 and definitive, it is a "lock out admin" type problem

Your site admin password doesn't have anything to do with template so it's not in our control to assist further.
