Our server was down, it only display Error message.
How to solve, thank you!

    As your server is down, you have to contact your server provider to fix the problem, site will not able to run as there is no connect between site files and Database.
    Kindly contact the hosting provider.

      but the isp said:
      The server is at an optimal state and no service halt was recorded from the previous 7 days. From my Error Tally earlier, it is related to the PHP changes made by our system, which currently running on PHP 7.2

        Kindly ask the hosting provide to downgrade the PHP version to PHP7 or lower
        if you have older version of Joomla installed that is not compatible with PHP 7.2 it would not work.

          Now the site can access but the login or update k2 item , do any job very lags, the database create high entry process, somehow appear
          Resource Limit Is Reached
          "The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later."
          Any idea?

            Have you contacted the hosting provider to check this > as your Joomla backend is also not responding its server side issue, either low PHP values that not able to run your site, i am not able to see the system details as site loading very slow. Please check your PHP values and increase them
            Memory limits, max execution time.
            The frontend is running my side the backend is pretty slow.
