Purchased JA Flix but it will NOT Install!
Will NOT Install the file: ja-flix.zip
Keeps giving me this garbage:
Error Unable to find install package
Joomla! 3.9.13

ja-flix.zip is quickstart package, if you already have a Joomla site with Joomla installed, you should use template package: https://prnt.sc/q6duts ( ja_flix_template_1.0.0..zip )

saguaros OK I have DONE all that, there was so many files that did load... so I figured ja-flix.zip needed to be installed also as I do ALL my installations MANUALLY for the most part!
So I don't have a problem after all!
