Cannot UPGRADE T3 to latest version!

Recently INSTALLED JA-SOCIAL-II in NEW site!
OK so I get an alert from the system that T3 Framework needs to be updated!
WELL I go to the trusty Extensions Installer and guess what WILL NOT UPLOAD!
So I go DOWNLOAD the FILE manually from UR site and try to UPLOAD t3-system-plugin_2.7.5.zip MANUALLY!
GUESS what happened then!

Warning: Failed to move file: /tmp/php7JfkUU to /homepages/30/d108588548/htdocs/VoceVoice/tmp/t3-system-plugin_2.7.5.zip
Error
Unable to find install package

OH and BTW I tried using UR Extensions Manager and got the same ERRORS!

OK On a WHIM I Un-Installed the T3 extension and then tried to INSTALL t3-system-plugin_2.7.5.zip

Well it LOOKS like it installed, BUT I got this ERROR at the end of the process and WHEN I went to check if it had installed, IT had NOT:

So I go back an try to reinstall the old version of T3 (t3-blank-for-joomla-3.9.zip) and got this ERROR, AGAIN!

NOW I have NO T3 Framework at all and the SITE is CRASHED!

AGAIN, NOW what I do!

VERY IRRITATED PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR SOFTWARE THAT DOES NOT WORK AND GIVES NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SO FAR!

It can be issue from server the tmp folder is not writable, it should be writable.
kindly check the permission of tmp folder in site root and its permission.
Also Edit fields in first post and submit temp super user login for staff http://prntscr.com/q6wlju
So i can have a look on this.

But the PERMISSIONS on the TMP Folder is 755, what MORE does it NEED!

Also I have had to PHYSICALLY move anything I want to add now or UPGRADE, over to the TMP folder MANUALLY in order to add or upgrade anything!

I tried this with the T3 Framework file, but it still does NOT add or UPGRADE now!

OK I went back and DELETED the ENTIRE TEMPLATE and ALL its FILES!

NOW the it would let me ADD the new T3 Framework WITHOUT a FAILURE!

TELL ME NOW! IS THIS WHAT I HAVE TO DO EVERY TIME I NEED TO UPGRADE THE DAMN T3 FRAMEWORK, WTF!

I have NEVER had so much PROBLEMS using anyone TEMPLATES as I have with YOU people SO FAR!

I have BEEN BUILDING websites since the hand coding days and using Joomla! since version 2.0!

THIS IS A terrible WAY TO HANDLE BAD SOFTWARE ISSUES! !

IF this is WHAT I have to look forward to, I want MY MONEY refunded ASAP!

With T3 framwork plugin or any JA products, we always recommend to upgrade via JA Extensions Manager component. Some errors like failed to move file / could not create folder often relate to the permission issue. I also tried at my local site but can't replicate the same issue. And at this moment, we don't receive any other report on the same issue so it would be on your site specific.

If you have this problem on any other site, pls share me the credentials of your site so I can check and help you.
